– Undersecretary of Environmental Affairs.
– General Director of Inspection, Auditing, Violations and Penalties.
– General Director of Environmental Assessment and Qualification.
– General Deputy of Environmental Metrology.
– deputy director of the Marine Environment Department and a member of the Oil Pollution Control.
– Hatem chaired a number of committees and task forces.
